New Patients
Initial Visit
- Your initial visit will take approximately one hour. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your new patient registration or go to new patient registration and complete forms prior to your appointment.
- Dr. Green will do a complete exam, including gum disease and oral cancer exam. Appropriate x-rays will be taken based on the condition of your oral health.
- The fee for your New Patient Exam and x-rays is $97. We request you pay this fee at the time of service regardless of your insurance coverage. If you have Delta Dental you will pay your co-pay.
We will file your insurance claim for you. Payment will be sent directly to you from your insurance company. - Treatment Plans - Once our financial coordinator reviews your treatment and insurance benefits, you will be required to pay only the portion not covered by your insurance at the time of your treatment. If you require a payment plan our financial coordinator will work with you to obtain financing through a finance company.
Scheduling Appointments
- New Patients - We allow one hour for your initial visit. We want you to have all the time you need to have your questions and concerns addressed.
- Rescheduling - We require two (2) business days' notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Many patients request lengthy appointments so their dental needs can be addressed in one or two visits. If we reserve 2 - 3 hours or more of chair time for you, it is imperative you give two (2) working days notice if you have a need to reschedule.
- Appointment Confirmation - Our office makes an effort to contact you 24 - 48 hours prior to your appointment. However, we can not always reach you. We respectfully request you to take responsibility for keeping record of your appointment date and time.
